Our client is a well-established privately owned civil engineering contractor based in the West Midlands. They deliver a diverse portfolio of civil engineering projects up to £15m in value. They are cash-rich and growing quickly in line with their business plan. They are seeking a Commercial Manager to people-manage a commercial team of Quantity Surveyors at various levels. The role will be office based in the West Midlands. You’ll be responsible for:

• CVR’s
• People-managing the commercial team
• Liaising with Contracts Managers to maximise commercial outcomes
• Reviewing contracts
• Procurement

To be considered you’ll have a background and track record with a recognised civils contractor in a similar role. Potential career-making opportunity to join a secure business in a period of growth.
