As things stand they’ve got a very substancial market share – and they’re in expansion mode. Delivering large packages across the northern home counties their client base reads like a who’s who of national residential developers. They’re recruiting a Construction Director to lead and take responsibility for all operational activity people-managing a team of Contracts Managers and Project Managers. The Construction Director will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing the strategy for the business
• Client liaison with key stakeholders
• Management of resource and staffing
• Operational delivery across all projects on site
• Management of health and safety
• Overall profitability of projects

To be considered for the role you’ll have a background in a similar role with a recognised groundworks contractor.
