This one’s for you: this business are a market leading groundworks contractor based in the home counties. They are very profitable,  stable and cash rich and have a dominant market share in their space. They deliver groundworks packages for a select client base of developers. They are recruiting Contracts Managers for their most successful region covering Northants, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Contracts Manager will typically oversee 3 – 5 groundworks schemes at any one time.  The Contracts Manager will:

• Take responsibility for the operational performance of contracts
• Manage performance against programme
• Monitor commercial performance with the commercial team
• People manage Project Managers, Site Managers and Operatives
• Recruit and retain staff
