We’re working with a growing groundworks/RC frame contractor based in Bedfordshire covering the home counties and North London.

They’re stable, profitable and have a big order book for 2024 and into 2025. They’re looking for a Contracts Manager to manage 3 – 5 commercial/industrial groundworks sites.

You’ll have a background working with an established groundworks contractor in a similar role – probably without your ideas being took on board or scope to progress.

They’re loyal, big on training and have a ‘family feel’. There’s no free lunches but there are big rewards for those who deliver and end up being treated like part of the family.

They’ve got a huge order book currently and big plans for the future. A future that will need the right people in key senior positions – maybe you’ll end up taking one of those slots.
