Our client is a growing groundworks contractor based in Northamptonshire. Well-established with a client base of blue-chip national housebuilders they deliver residential groundworks packages in Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire. As part of a controlled expansion plan they are recruiting an experienced Health and Safety Manager. The role will be office based in Northamptonshire with visits to sites as necessary. The Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for:

• Site audits and reporting
• Monitoring and tracking performance on site
• Conducting inductions
• Reviewing and monitor RAMS and SHEQ procedures
• Managing accreditations for the business

To be considered for the role you’ll have a background and track record with a recognised civil engineering or groundworks contractor in a similar position.
