The new office will be based in Hampshire and the region will cover Hampshire, Surrey, and Sussex.

 

Obviously, you’ll have a background working with a residential groundworks but what’s more important is the drive you’ll bring which will be well rewarded financially and with that chance for a role in the senior management team.

 

You’ll:

 

Manage costs from tender to completion on roads sewers and groundworks contracts

 

Complete cost analyses on projects

 

 

Negotiate with clients and subcontractors

 

Inspect and value completed works

 

Prepare monthly reports to track progress

 

Our client is one the biggest groundworks contractors in the country. Hugely profitable with a network of regional offices. They work with large national housebuilders to deliver groundworks and infrastructure packages.
