Our client is a leading groundworks contractor based in the West Midlands. They are a family business which still operate with the values which made them successful. They are cash-rich and stable financially. Operating nationwide they deliver groundworks, foundations, and highways s278 projects for a varied client base. Valued by their client base they deliver exceptionally well on site and the vast majority of their work is repeat business. They are recruiting Senior Quantity Surveyors as part of a structured expansion plan. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will financially manage large-scale groundworks packages for industrial projects in the East and West Midlands. Typically they will manage 3 – 4 projects at any one time. The role will be office based in the West Midlands. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for:

• Cost reporting
• Monthly valuations
• Variations
• Client liaison
• Final account settlement
