Our client is a leading groundworks contractor who’ve grown exponentially in recent years. They deliver roads and sewers and groundworks packages for an enviable client base of national housebuilders. As part of continued aggressive growth plans they are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to financially manage projects in the West Midlands. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will typically oversee 3 -5 projects at any one time. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will:

• Financially manage 3 – 5 groundworks projects
• Produce monthly valuations
• Price variations
• Settle client accounts

To be considered you’ll have a background and track record working for a recognised groundworks contractor in a similar role.
