Our client is a growing groundworks contractor who’ve had exponential growth which is a huge industry success story. Now operating from various regional offices they deliver groundworks packages for a client base of national housebuilders. Due to controlled growth they are recruiting a SHEQ Director to oversee health and safety strategy and act as a functional lead for a team of SHEQ Managers across 6 regional offices. The role will be office based in the West Midlands with visits to regional offices as necessary. As a key part of the senior leadership team the SHEQ Director will:
