The role

We’re looking for a SHEQ Advisor to join our ranks. You’ll be out on live sites, supporting teams, raising standards and making sure safety, health, environment and quality aren’t just tick-box words but lived values.

Here’s the twist: you won’t be thrown in to sink or swim. You’ll have a SHEQ Manager who’s been round the block, knows the pitfalls, and actually enjoys mentoring. Think of them as your Mr Miyagi — guiding, challenging, sharpening your skills, and showing you how all the little things add up to the big wins.

The role will be based in the West Midlands with visits to sites in the West Midlands area.

Yes, you’ll do the reports, the audits, the paperwork — that’s the “wax on, wax off” part. But you’ll also be shaping culture, influencing decisions, and getting exposure to projects that push you forward.

What we’re after

You’ve already got some SHEQ experience in civils, construction or groundworks. You know the regs, you’re comfortable talking to site teams, and you can spot a risk before it bites.
