The role

They’re looking for a Commercial Manager who wants to grab the mic. You’ll oversee the commercial function across multiple residential groundworks schemes, managing teams, shaping strategy, and making sure projects hit both programme and profit.

The role will be office based in Cambridgeshire.

This isn’t about pushing paper uphill or getting bogged down in petty politics. You’ll have autonomy to run your patch, the trust to make decisions, and the backing of a senior leadership team who actually want their Commercial Managers to drive the agenda.

Your job will cover everything from leading surveyors, negotiating with clients, shaping bids, and maximising margins – through to mentoring the next wave of talent.
