Who are you?

A Health & Safety Manager who knows civils. You’ve seen enough to know the difference between common sense and compliance theatre. You’re confident in your judgement, able to influence site teams, and can get buy-in from the lads and lasses in muddy boots as well as the client and the business hierarchy in clean shirts.

You don’t just want enforce rules you want to influence people in the right way and get their buy in – so everyone shapes a culture.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implent policies
  • Conduct risk assessments
  • Inspect sites
  • Help promote and an active safety culture in the business
  • Office base is in the West Midlands – sites are 60 miles of Birmingham.
