Estimator — Residential Groundworks (Expansion Role)

(New region. Cash rich. Big plans. No ceiling.)

Let’s get one thing straight — this isn’t a “fill a seat and carry on” role.

A growing civil engineering business — well-funded, quietly confident, and not afraid to invest — is expanding its residential groundworks operation into a brand-new region. What they need now is an Estimator with a bit of spark.
Someone who doesn’t just know how to price jobs, but how to build a pipeline. Someone who wants more say in how things are done — not just “here’s your pile of tenders, get cracking.”

You’ll be in early. Part of the core team. The person who helps shape how this new arm runs — from pricing strategy to preferred supply chain. You’ll work directly with senior decision-makers who actually listen (refreshing, I know).

The new office will be in Surrey.
