Who are you?

A Senior Estimator who knows groundworks inside out. You can price jobs with your eyes shut, spot risk before it bites, and put together winning tenders that don’t leave the site teams cursing your name.

You’re confident in your judgement, comfortable under pressure, and still ambitious enough to want more from your career than “keeping the seat warm.”

What you’ll do:

• Price residential groundworks schemes for national housebuilders
• Work from an office base in Essex with occaisonal site visits as needed
