Then read on: We’re recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a well-established groundworks contractor based in Northamptonshire. They have a loyal longstanding client base of residential developers who they deliver groundworks packages for. They work in a clearly defined geography Northants, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Cambridgeshire. They’re looking for a Senior Quantity to financially manage groundworks packages. The role will be office based in Northants with visits to sites as needed. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for:

• Submitting applications valuations
• Agreeing final accounts
• Sourcing and procuring subcontractors
• Processing invoices
• Managing monthly cost value reconcilitions

To be considered you’ll have a background and track record working with a recognised groundworks contractor in a similar role.
