Resourcer Role specification (part-time) 16 hours per week
- Identifying and qualifying suitable candidates for specific vacancies using an agreed ‘road map’:
- Advertising on job boards
- Marketing vacancies to relevant candidates on linkedin
- Marketing vacancies to relevant candidates on the ‘hotlist’ via text message then with a subsequent follow up call
- Marketing vacancies to relevant candidates on the database via text message then with a subsequent follow up call
- Marketing vacancies to relevant candidates identified through job board searches on CV Library and Career Structure via text message then with a subsequent follow up call
- Networking through and agreed list of quality contacts for referrals via text message then with a subsequent follow up call
- Headhunting approaching relevant candidates from a pre-agreed list of 3 companies by phone
- Resourcers will complete the work on 2 vacancies per week
